Chef Giovanni has dreamed of opening his own business for years, having worked as a pizza chef in locations across London, Manchester and Liverpool, including ‘O Ver in London Bridge. Now, he’s serving up fresh pizza and pasta dishes for CRATE customers, with ragu �– and tiramisu for dessert - made by his partner Veronica.

Cali (@caliberry_sweats) is a local PT who runs two classes every week here at CRATE – Feel Good Fridays and Happy HIIT.

Happy HIIT is a community class run on a pay-what-you-can basis. No need to book, you can just turn up and take part, and kids are welcome too! This is a circuits class designed to get your heart rate up using bodyweight exercises and is suitable for all fitness levels.

📍 Every Sunday at 10.30am on the upper deck of CRATE.

Feel Good Fridays do require booking in advance – please see the link in our bio for Cali’s website and the Eventbrite booking page. This is a slightly more technical class using weights but is still open to all fitness levels and newcomers are completely welcome.
